The app for shopping is ok. But I cant do anything when it comes to checking my angel card info. I had to log into my account from my browser just to see everything that I used to see with the old app. Please fix this section asap.

Love the new app! Easy to navigate and find what I need. So nice to have current offers so accessible and the search bar is great! Obsessed with Sport line and love that it is so easy to find!

The new app is so pretty! It is so much easier to use than the old one. But the icon looks dated IMO.

I love the new app! Its very easy to use and looks great. Its easy to navigate and switch between categories while shopping and quickly browse new arrivals. I like the Instagram photos showing the sport items. Will definitely use it more and happy I downloaded!

I buy so much from Victorias Secret and this app makes it easy. They have the best bras better than anyone else. Shopping could be a little better but its still really awesome . Love you VS!!!

Its stupid. Do not even bother. I cant view my statements, sometimes I cant even log in, or get it to load.

Adding to my previous one star review... Now I cant see my rewards... The angel card portion of the app is worthless. All you can see is you balances and transactions... If I wanted to use my laptop to handle my account I wouldnt bother having the app taking up space on my phone. Why would you remove all the rewards portions of the app? First... Why cant we use finger print to login. Catch up to every other company. Second, this is by far the slowest app ever. Third, why cant we pick our triple point reward days on the card management page? If I shop on the app and exit on accident... Bye everything I picked. I have been a faithful VS shopper for years, but I hate this app.

With the new upgrade; I cant access the app bc it will not load!!!! Its been 3weeks now and still will not load; cannot delete it; it just sits there "waiting"????!!!Awful!

Stupid app never wants to work, never wants to load. They need to have a app just for the Angel card members, maybe itll be less of a headache to make a stupid payment

This app has not worked a single time since I downloaded it. It says no internet connection despite me having 3-4 bars of service or being on full connection wifi, and under it says tap to reload but does nothing when tapped. Ive tried to restart my phone and close all other apps, but it has not worked once. This needs to be addressed quickly as it is a waste of effort app at this point please

Update.. Wont even load. Keeps blaming connections but Theres not a connection problem all other apps and websites work perfectly fine. Even on a PC it never loads Slow to start up if it even starts up. I thought the website was bad on my iPhone and iMac but I think that the app is worse. Very difficult to browse and buy..

Im afraid to touch anything within the app. 1. Filtering crashes it immediately! Cant even think about the sorting feature since my thoughts of sorting searches sends the app to hell!!! What a missable experience! 2. Any time I put a code in it, just turn around and all my work is gone, I have to start from the beginning. If you didnt check it ten times before placing your order, most likely the discount codes are gone and you are paying full price. Not cool... 3. Opening the app doesnt bring you to search menu, or your account info, as all reputable apps do. Instead you have to go around like an idiot, clicking and touching (highly non-responsive) in order to start your session in attempt to buy stuff. The app was invented to shop, right? If you cant shop with it, how good is it? UPDATE!!! Change your programmers, whatever it takes to make it work.

This app is ridiculously slow and keeps freezing up. More frustration than its worth.

Just downloaded this app so I could have a quick and easy shopping experience. WRONG! After 20 minutes of the app not responding and not loading, I am removing it back off of my phone. :(
