yes-if my screen goes black or i hit back button it completely goes back to homepage. took me 20 minutes to check out because when I went to cart it said error then i added the items back into my cart and it doubled them

Love this app.

This app is glitchy and crashes often. It wont open the shopping bag when I tap it to check out from the home page and gives me the "404 page not found" message unless I tap it from the "shop" section. Its not very reliable or helpful.

The app is okay for browsing and keeping up to date with the latest sales, but if you want to buy something or pay your angel card bill, you are forced to go online in a browser within the actual app. It would be nice if we didnt have to access anything in the browser, and everything was done through the app.

The site is very difficult to browse and always sends me back to the homepage when I try to hit the back button. Also when I go to view what is in my cart I get an error message and it says page not found. Very frustrating. The mobile website works better.

Its better than the web browser app they had when they started. I only use when adding things to cart or making list of faves. Never completed a purchase way too buggy. Kicks you out if you leave idle a minute on top of many issues. Im using and iOS so Im surprised its this bad. VS ditch whoever is in charge of this stuff. Just bad all around. They are working on it Im sure. Hope it gets better fast. Im tired of waiting. Meanwhile theyve spent how much on paper and sent me myriads of catalogs (which honestly your layout, paper choices, and visuals have improved all around) I glance at once, if that. You would think a company like Victoria secret could have a useable app but unfortunately no. There are so many bugs and not all the merchandise is on the app. I do a lot of online shopping from my mobile devices and this app makes it IMPOSSIBLE to purchase anything. Its really unfortunate bc I used to love Victoria secret. Now I rarely ever buy anything from them.

I came to thank you guys for finally fixing how when Id exit the app, it would restart at the main page. But now I feel the need to say this is a great app. The search feature never fails, and I love how easy it is to add criteria. I spend a ton of time on this app. If only I could have more than 50 favorites at a time.

So easy to use! Ordered multiple times off the app, never have been disappointed with it!

Too hard to use

I saw the poor reviews and still gave it a try... The app was fine for a few weeks but the last few days o havent been able to access it. Ive been getting an error code stating unable to connect to home page

Its really almost impossible to use. It glitches constantly. If I view an item then try to go back to the page I was just on, it goes all the way back to the homepage and I have to start all over. It crashes a lot too. I love Victorias Secret, so I really wanted to love the app too, but I cant. Please fix it!

Great overall, just wish I didnt have to sign in again every time I wanted to check on my shipping. Seems to be a slight bug that when you enter a filter when viewing items, either the filter screen has an entire side portion chopped off, so you cant see the intended display to the right entirely, or on returning after applying filters, a portion of the result screen is chopped off on one side. Remedied by selecting an item and then returning to results, though, but still slightly obnoxious. Programming could be cleaned up. Using an iPhone 6s. Overall great. I use it daily to check daily offers and or to purchase something!

App runs really slow. Plus you have to login every time! Kinda annoying

Love this app. Makes it super simple to order and track my packages. Def has way more stuff here than in the local vs store! Def my favorite place to shop!

I try to purchase thru the App and it NEVER works for me. Always end up going offline. Needs fixing asap

I am loyal to VS but their apps and website are AWFUL. This app just constantly says that the page cant load. Its literally useless. Unfortunately the website isnt much better. Making it difficult to purchase my favorite things.

Slow to start up if it even starts up. I thought the website was bad on my iPhone and iMac but I think that the app is worse. Very difficult to browse and buy...Better off using home computer if its not an apple. Please make website and app compatible with Apple devices.
