App crashes constantly!!!

Im afraid to touch anything within the app.

1. Filtering crashes it immediately! Cant even think about the sorting feature since my thoughts of sorting searches sends the app to hell!!! What a missable experience!

2. Any time I put a code in it, just turn around and all my work is gone, I have to start from the beginning. If you didnt check it ten times before placing your order, most likely the discount codes are gone and you are paying full price.
Not cool...

3. Opening the app doesnt bring you to search menu, or your account info, as all reputable apps do. Instead you have to go around like an idiot, clicking and touching (highly non-responsive) in order to start your session in attempt to buy stuff.

The app was invented to shop, right? If you cant shop with it, how good is it?
UPDATE!!! Change your programmers, whatever it takes to make it work.
