The app barely works with a touchscreen phone; more often than not "cut" or "paste" appears when trying to navigate the page. I dont think the website is easy to navigate or use, but I would definitely recommend it over the app.

Latest version is very slow and laggy, update needed to fix this issue.

First, let me say it was easy to pay my bill with this app. I like that aspect. Thats where the love ends. Every time I leave the app for a couple of seconds and come back its back to the home page. The daily offers page and guide pages wont load. Im afraid to shop for fear Id have to keep putting stuff back in the shopping bag. I havent decided if Im going to keep the app or not. Id really like to see these things fixed. UPDATE: The shop function wont even work now. The only thing the app is good for is paying my bill. Thats the only reason I still have it. Im knocking another star off.

The shop tab doesnt even work and it would make shopping a lot easier and quicker. I use to use the app to pay my bill but that doesnt even work anymore!

Come on VS ... update your app! Very buggy, slow and clunky. Filters experience is horrible. Cant access account screen at all. App locks up a lot. Its truly almost impossible to use.

I love the layout of the app and I like the convenience of having the application on my phone but if the bugs arent fixed Ill probably delete it soon. The app loads slowly, constantly freezes and overall is just super glitchy. Please fix these issues so I dont have to delete it!

I like the app Ive ordered a lot of stuff from it fast and simple but I think it would be more convenient if I can see my rewards and I can make payments from it too not having the hassle of taking out money and going to the store Please update!!

The app makes it so difficult to shop! Its so glitchy and slow. Ive opened it and tried to buy things multiple times and said "never mind" because it was almost impossible to look for things!

Dont switch out of this app while using it.. It will take you back to the home page every time even if you were only off of it for 2 seconds. This is annoying to me because I am used to multi tasking on my device which I cannot do if I use this app. This is by far the slowest, worst, most dysfunctional app I have ever used. Buttons need to be pressed multiple times and still dont work. I cant even order anything from the app.

I love this app but sometimes I get kicked off when trying to go into my cart. Was a little annoying.. Overall its a great app!!

Loving this app!

Like the app but I dont like how every time I try to access my angel card account, I have to sign in separately and it doesnt recognize my password. Also, had some issues adding coupon codes where several arent being recognized during checkout...

Easy to use

This app is reliable. I live so far away from any store so I use this app all the time to order. I just wish I didnt have to log in over and over! Just checking notifications is kind of annoying when I have to log in.

The app runs so slow.

The App is easy and straightforward. The only improvement Id make us the build up of messages.

Everything is unavailable making it difficult to shop. The design of the app seems old and old fashioned - might want to check modern apps to gaim some influence. Please improve this app!!

Its very frustrating to have to re add items to my cart. The app doesnt save the user log I go or items in your cart. You must checkout immediately or lose all items saved.
