I love this app! Its just like the website but easier to reach! I also love how it has the "live chat" option on the app as well. An amazing app and I totally recommend it!

I cant hardly stand to use it! Buggy, glitchy, freezes! Im sure youre missing out on lots of sales due to these issues. For me personally, I give up after awhile. Im sure that is the case with other people as well. You are VS, I cant believe you dont have a better run app!

This app is ok for browsing, but when it comes time to checkout, youll run into problems. Every time I try to change the shipping address, the app will crash. I recommend going to the website.

Im im love with Victoria secret so obviously Im in love with this app !

The app is glitchy and annoying if you make even one mistake. But it is easy to use and too easy to spend all your money. However if you have an Angels card dont bother trying to pay via your phone. I have waited over 4 min for the page to load. I would think bc the security is just so good but every other page you want to enter on your account information doesnt take nearly as long. I feel like its done on purpose to make it hard to pay your bill. And then you have to call where they charge you $9 to process. So avoid that and the app works just fine.

The app takes some time to get used to. It definitely need some improvements. Too confusing. And paying my bill and all that should be nice to have in one place.

I love that there is an app, but it is touchy. Even when I have the updated version it will freeze up & kick me out. Depending on what server Im on depends on if it will work...I just spent 5 weeks in the hospital & their server wouldnt let me have access to the VS app or website. It would be nice if the app shopping cart would remember your items for more than an hour. Other apps will hold your items indefinitely. Thats my biggest pet peeve. Otherwise, I love the VS app!

Loving the new update so far! Looks so much better and runs faster and smoother. Love the Touch ID too!

The app worked just fine until the update now it will not load and I can look or order anything.

New update awesome great good and all of the but now I cant log in. Now what do I do? It wont even let me go in and change the password or anything.

The new app for shopping looks ok I havent tried it out much yet but when I go to my angel card from this new app that is all changed too! You cant do anything you were able to do on the old app for your angel card! The only thing you can do is see your balance, a summery of your account, or make a payment! There is no tab to view payments or edit them like the old app, nowhere to check your points it just shows your current point balance. You can no longer view in depth points details and if rewards were sent. Idk its missing a lot compared to the old angel card app! It makes that part of the app pretty useless!

I dont like how I cant see a summary of my rewards, how many more points till next reward, and when my last was mailed out! Frustrated.

This app is always crashing and freezing up on me. Not everything loads and when I finally get to what I want to look at, it crashes and I have to start all over. This has been going on for years with almost every update. Come on you guys, this is Victorias Secret, one of the richest companies in the world & you cant make a better app? Im very disappointed.

We get it... Jo is the next greatest thing. Its even fine you rotate angels into the app icon. But this one looks awful (SUPER FUZZY) when placed in a folder. Need moar pixels. Also the app hangs and crashes even on a 6s. Wish I could roll back to the last version with the Elsa icon that was at least a usable app.
