Since the customer service at the stores has been getting progressively worse this is the next best thing.

First... Why cant we use finger print to login. Catch up to every other company. Second, this is by far the slowest app ever. Third, why cant we pick our triple point reward days on the card management page? If I shop on the app and exit on accident... Bye everything I picked. I have been a faithful VS shopper for years, but I hate this app.

This app is slow and quits unexpectedly, then saves nothing. Youre better off using the full website

every time I close out of the app, it completely restarts and every time I try to go to my shopping cart it pops with "error 404" and I cant check out

App is slow- could use an update. There is a lot of lag! I would LOVE to have an app dedicated specifically to angel card users!

I have any store apps downloaded and this is the most outdated one. They need to improve it!

This and Pink never open anymore. When the app does open it closes out.

Im a fan of VS but this app is painful. It needs updating as its painfully slow to load. Plus you have to sign in each time and restart your shopping if you decide to walk away from it for a bit.

I have not ordered for a while since app does not work ☹️ it keeps thinking and wont open pages.

I love this app because it makes it so easy to shop. When Im using safari to go to websites and shop it can be really frustrating. This app is easy to use and has lots of fun features.

I agree with some comments here. It is really annoying to me when I have to log in every time I go out of the app. It should keep me back to where I left.

Needs major updates. Slow and unresponsive.

Great way to shop. There is an issue with the sports bra section. It takes you to two quizzes to help you shop. But I get an error 404. But other than that, searched and found the kind of bra I wanted.

This app is awesome. I never ever have any problems with it. It is very ease to use and it keeps me update with all the latest sale and offers. I wish all the apps were like this one.

What annoys me about this app is when I go out of the app, but its still running in the background, then I go back in, it takes me to the home screen. I want to take me back to wear I left off. If I were looking at bras, panties, swim etc bring me back to my exact position. I dont like having to start over. I might leave the app to reply to a txt but that shouldnt matter. Sometimes I get so annoyed I just close the app and go directly to the website. The site is more stable then the app.
