Love VS stores, but the App always says oops something went wrong try again, so frustrating.
They always have great deals.
I spent thousands at this company most great quality. I received one damaged item and reached out to customer service. I had 3 separate agents just stop responding. One told me she could do an exchange and just stopped responding when I gave her my info. Finally the 4th one after talking back and forth for a literal hour said all he can do is offer a refund if I ship it back. I love the set I just wanted to exchange it for a set that isnt damaged. But no they want me to send it back then get refunded once they receive it and reorder it. It’s sold out on the site so I can’t reorder it. I don’t get how one worker says she can exchange it for me, and the other says that’s not an option and I can only get a refund. Like whattttttt.? Then yall system is just terrible. Agents kept telling me their screen is froze and that’s why it’s taking them so long to respond, then they finally just stop responding altogether. I’m about to start ordering at fashion nova. No way I spend all this money with yall and the one time I have an issue you can’t fix it.
I love the Victoria’s Secret and the products that the app is very unreliable it glitches when you’re trying to check out you’re trying to add codes. Sometimes it takes me two days to place an order and sales will be over before I get my order in and I lose out.
The clothes are so comfy and soft, there pjs and underwear are to die for
It keeps logging me out even after being inside my account, asking for codes to login again. Codes that work but once in there and want to go to my offers, it shows a code is needed to keep going. Which I enter again and same thing over and over, until it locks the account for “too many login attempts”. Yes, I logged in with a password as well and the codes were still needed. Then upon downloading the app again, it shows “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later” as soon as I type in my email. So my account now is locked and no way to know for how long it will be locked. All this at the moment of paying at the register, with a big line behind me. I had to leave the store without buying anything, thank you very much.

Shopping on this app is pretty easy. But navigating ANYTHING else is a nightmare. I just signed up and now have over 25 emails from Victoria’s Secret in under 30 minutes. I can’t add my phone number (so I can stop clogging my emails with codes to update/access my account), can’t update anything in my profile. It’s locked me out twice already for “too many failed sign in attempts” when I was just trying to update my personal information. I’ve had to change my password twice. This app needs a lot of work.
I have tried to login for 2 weeks. Every time (even after changing passwords) it says Oops, something went wrong and will not permit me to log in. I have called Customer Service and IT. Neither person (outside the US) understood what I was telling them and just decided the canned statement. 1) Fix your app and website (can’t login there either). 2) Hire people fluent in English without thick accents.
For every section I want to view I have to enter a code that is emailed to me and for many areas I’ve entered numerous times and still cannot view previous orders. This is painful.
They make you pay $10 to pay over the phone (for them to take your money instantly) or you can pay online and they’ll hit your account 3 months later and by that time you’ve accumulated 3 $40 late fees 🤡. Every time I go to pay my credit card it is one hassle after another. It is better to just not deal with these scammers. Use someone else you’re way better off
I cannot get past the verification code. Whether it’s copied directly from the email or retyped, the app calls it invalid.
It is impossible to remove unnecessary products from Shopping bag, because of this you spend a lot of time on shopping.
Eu acabei de fazer uma compra no aplicativo Victoria Secret e no exato momento que estava finalizando o meu pagamento, foi redirecionado pra outro site dentro do próprio aplicativo e acabei tendo meu cartão clonado, é um absurdo ter que passar por isso em um aplicativo que era pra ser seguro! Sendo que sempre faço compras na loja e no app e nunca tive problemas, mas isso foi um erro gravíssimo!
I love VS but the app is not it, it’s inconsistent, doesn’t let me save some items but other items yes. Also causes my phone to get hot? I’ll stick to using safari
On the very rare occasion this app isn’t glitching it’s because it won’t open after inexplicably logging you out repeatedly. Once I can understand but roughly every single time i attempt to use this app to ACTUALLY PURCHASE it works horrendously. I enjoy the products but the app is infuriating.
I like all the features and never had issues with the app but with this update the “pay my bill” function does not load and I can’t see anything that has to do with paying my credit card. Please fix so I can pay my bill.
idk if it’s just me but scrolling on this app is INSANELY slow and laggy. it freezes and glitches constantly when i’m trying to scroll through the different catalogs and overall it’s so incredibly slow i can barely work the app
This has been going on for months and I’ve reported it via Customer Care but hasn’t been fixed. Whenever I open the app or navigate to the website and log in, I get an annoying pop up asking me to Join the Pink Rewards Program, which I’m already in since it started probably. If I click join on the phone, it says “Enrollment Request Failed” there’s no cancel button and the other option is to “Sign me out” which is not what I want, I just want to purchase some stuff! When I go via web browser I get the same thing, only that it lets me “join” then it pops up again as soon as I complete the steps. I can’t log into my account because of that. Finally someone noticed that I changed my account details and my account reflects both, so it cannot determine where my rewards are or something like that but again, no one is able to fix my problem via phone! Is there anyone who can help??!
If I would give this app 0 stars I would This app scammed me I made my first ever purchase and already got scammed they logged me out of my account completely I could not track my order and still never received it and customer service was no help at all ladies be careful that’s why it’s better to just shop in person to avoid getting scammed.
Spoke to numerous reps, managers and supervisors and gotten tosse around. No help, promise call backs, told maybe I should just cancel my VS credit CC, even get a new email provider (easy way out to not get to the bottom of my problems). I’ve even previously email AppFeedback and no reply, to VS Ethics and they replied they see someone was working on it for me to reply if I had anymore questions. Apparently I did according to the email I sent them explaining I still didn’t this is very upsetting and has been very time consuming. I can’t believe the poor service I have been given. The majority has not been from the reps because it’s only so much they can do within their job. It’s been the management and supervisors. One names Tina related by a rep THREE days in a row she’s contact me within an hour but never did. Another in fraud (I was given their number by VS moderator on the app saying it was the department that could help me). My issue is not fraud. The other number was disconnected. I have literally been tossed around like a salad and I’m feeling some type a way. Yet through it all I’ve continued to shop. My emails are messed up,no marketing (email or usps), never have received surveys after customer service interaction, can’t receive password resets online or by CS, can’t receive 20% of coupons from rewards department. I am still receiving emails from an old account that was merged over a year ago and the points are staying the same. I can receive e-gift cards, order confirmations (not the email that one is one the way) and tracking information. It’s like I’m not even a rewards customer.
It’s been few days now can’t sign in to my account I don’t know what’s happening it’s so frustrating. Can’t pay my bill or see my orders please someone fix this

I’m giving it a 5 star because I love these stores and everything they have but what I’m confused about is I keep trying to make a purchase and it’s not allowing me to make one, it’s saying that there’s something wrong every time I make a purchase (or try again/also try at a different time).but I never had a problem like this before so I’m so confused on what’s going on.i hope it’s not just me 🥲🫣
The app is not user friendly to the point where I don’t even want to use the credit card. The delays, lagging, double signing in, timing out issues. It’s awful.

I can’t check out with this app ever and the site is just as bad. This usually happens when there’s a sale. I try again later and still nothing. I try on the site and I get another “oops something went wrong, we are working on it” 403 403. How long does it take to work on it? I guess I’m missing another sale.
i recently got measured at the store and my band size was a 30 and when i asked to buy the bra i tried on the worker told me its not carried in stores and i would have to buy it online. the shipping is 8$, just so i can get a bra that fits me?! i tried the pick up options at the stores and it’s unavailable. its so frustrating, how are you going to make my size but not sell it to me at stores?!!
They have the worst bank for their credit card
It won’t let me charge to standard shipping. I selected standard on the item page then when you go to check out it defaults to $32 and won’t let you change it. Severely frustrated and won’t make my purchase because I’m not paying $32 for shipping.
Every time I want to try and buy something on this site or app there is always something wrong. You would think that since there are hardly any actual/ physical store locations anymore that there would be more time, effort, and money spent on the inter workings of the app and online shopping but these online and app issues have been going on for so long it has me wondering what you all are really putting your money into? You make profit use a little to fix these things. This is getting hard to deal with every single time.

I ordered from the app, my package was shipped from Dec 27, package arrived next state over from me Dec 30, they sent my package back to the original shipping facility on January 1st and from the tracking info, it’s still there, it took me 5 times to reach a rep to try to get my money back cause with it being a good two weeks since I paid them, I didn’t want the order anymore, only for them to tell me there was a delay and I needed to wait a extra 3-5 business days for a replacement or refund, NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!
I consistently have problems with ordering from the app and using the coupons. Do not recommend it.
How come I can’t sign on? I know my password but it won’t take it so change it and now won’t take that one?! I just want to see where the heck my order is at?
For some reason, I am unable to sign in. This is not a problem on my end please fix the app. It is useless right now.
An excellent app and store to visit. I don’t regret buying anything off of it. The quality is great and most of the items are true to size.
So I really don’t enjoy using this app and usually just have to use my computer to shop VS. When looking at reviews and customers post pictures, it’s just a thumbnail image that you get which isn’t helpful at all. It would be helpful to look at the pictures customers post. Also, you can’t request a gift receipt when making purchases on the app. I find it difficult to take things out of my cart to save for later or delete if I changed my mind on sizes. There has been numerous occasions when I simply didn’t make a purchase because I could t get my cart to be accurate. For such an established company the app should be much better.
I hate this app more than any app I’ve ever used! I shop a lot and it’s definitely the worst! Add stuff to the cart and when you go back to look at it, it brings you to something that you didn’t order. Making it impossible to check the color or size. Many times it does not say what color you ordered in the cart. (Just a code) I recently thought I ordered a black long sleeve shirt but received a Halloween shirt in black. When I called, they said that’s what I ordered. Which I would know if when I checked my order before submitting I could see what I actually ordered!
I was told I needed to download the app in order to access my rewards on a purchase. I was in the store over 20 minutes and the app would not download. It was a total waste of my time and they wouldn’t even try to find my $20 in rewards. It should not be tied to the app. Have better Wi-Fi in store and have your sales folks help somebody out who can’t download the app. This was a complete waste of my time. Every few years I open a Victoria’s Secret card thinking things will get better and they don’t and I just close it down. I’m about to do the same thing. Sorry, VS. Your customers only have so much time and you’ve exceeded mine.
Difficult to make payments from this app. Block the account and need a call to support
I love this app (and, the PINK app, too), but I can’t save my gift card after the latest update, post Christmas! Very frustrating, at the least! Please, fix this as a convenience to all of us who rely upon features like this on our shopping apps!
I enjoy the app a lot but it has a lot of glitches especially when theirs sales it’s hard to checkout
